Academia Café and Pizzeria is a restaurant chain in Moscow that is part of the Semifreddo Group.
The 650-square-meter facility includes an open kitchen and summer terrace. The kitchen acts as a central focal point, and organizes the space into different zones. Patrons are able to observe the cooking process at the long bar stand in granite and polished tubular steel, which serves as a divider between the dining area and the kitchen as well as a place to cook pizza and sushi.
Views of the nearby constructivist heritage Narkomfin Building contribute to the atmosphere of the restaurant.
